...first stages of a multi-year (ongoing) reformormation......
..of 35mm slides, from my own collection and from UCA Art&Design department former
slide library/visual resources-- I have 1000's of slides now, and imagine rescuing even more.
once ubiquitous, slide libraries are now largely digitized.
.......obsolete........

finding and making new images through extraction/selection of imagery from original....
...................labor intensive, and potentially endless.

With an infinite amount of extracted/appropriated imagery,  I'm set on making collages with light projections on-site and in collaboration with (an) architecturally suitable place. Road trips to various sites including post-industrial decay and rust belt ruins, forthcoming...
